  Visitors' Day - BCP

  Wednesday, November 19th

  8:30am-2:30pm

  For 8th Graders Only

   

  If you are interested in the camaraderie developed at

  Benedictine, we invite you to join us for Visitors' Day.

  Eighth graders can visit with other prospective students

  to get a sense of the BCP brotherhood and immerse

  oneself in the proud traditions of our Cadets. 

   

  In addition to visiting classes, you will learn about our:

  - Academic class offerings
  - Military activities
  - Fine arts & band activities
  - Theology
  - Leadership
  - World languages
  - Athletics
  
  

  Lunch will be provided.  

  Attire: Dress/khaki pants and a collared shirt — no jeans,

  shorts or flip flops.
  
  

  Registration for Visitor's Day will open in mid October.

  Open House - Wednesday, October 15

  We invite you to explore the vibrant communities of both Saint Gertrude High School and Benedictine College Preparatory at our Open House on Wednesday, October 15th at 6 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into what makes our schools nurturing and empowering environments for young men and women. 

   

  During this engaging event, you will get insight about daily life at both schools, and discover the unique aspects of our outstanding academic, athletic, and arts programs. Learn how our curriculum fosters critical thinking and creativity while our athletic teams encourage teamwork and perseverance. Plus, our arts programs allow students to express themselves and hone their talents in a supportive atmosphere.

  Schedule a Shadow Day - SGHS

  Are you a current 8th grader and ready to see what it's like to be a Saint Gertrude student? You will arrive at our Goochland campus between 7:00 and 7:15am, where you will meet your Saint Gertrude student ambassador. She will guide you through the day, starting with our school-wide daily Morning Gathering in the Great Hall. Then you will attend the first three class periods, meet our faculty and see for yourself how our college preparatory curriculum fosters intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, confident leadership and academic excellence. The visit will conclude at 10:05 a.m.
  
  Shadow days are a great way to see firsthand how Saint Gertrude prepares students for success in college, and beyond, and to experience some of the rich traditions that make our school community so vibrant and welcoming. Please join us to experience the school day as our students do!
